Son of a diplomat lived all his life in Mexico, but his father transferred to his native Czechoslovakia. The kid who right there has received a nickname of Chico, touching blinks when excited or just happens in this new situation. The children immediately notice this feature it and give it another nickname, which he, however, did not take offense. Having made friends with a local boy, he hopes to get used to this new environment for him, and taking care of a dog makes them even closer friends.
