Sisters Angelica and Lone, in the countryside with the grandparents Horsensia and Rasmus. They live so far away from the metropolis, that it feels completely foreign to them. The girls are not going to get bored, as there are owls in the marsh, (something you say when some have narestreger for). The neighbor and his cousin Knud will take over the farm to build a grisefabrik, and Angelica, and Lone is fighting a spectacular battle, to the grandparents can preserve the farm. So one can safely say that the holiday is not so terrible boring, as they had first imagined.
