This is the story of a little girl, Violette, suffering from a brain tumor. When his father Adam, a doctor, teaches it, he takes his daughter in a frantic escape. They depart to join the mother, Melanie, who repeats a piece of theatre in Italy. Violet wants to protect her mother, but it is informed by a telephone call in full rehearsal. Seeing this, Violet flees. Her father and she will take refuge in the house of holidays in France. Melanie is waiting, having guessed where they would go. The family unit is broken by divorce together temporarily around the sick child.
