At the beginning of summer in a northern Turkish village, five sisters
return home from school, innocently playing with the boys. However,
these games, because of their alleged immorality, cause a scandal with
unexpected consequences. The family home is quickly turned into a
prison, housekeeping is replaced by school, and even matchmaking takes
place. But the freedom-loving sisters find ways to rectify their
situation in spite of pressure from others.
