"Bułeczka" is an 8-year – old orphan girl who comes to her uncle's house in Wrocław from the village where she was raised by distant relatives. She is stunned by the city, reluctantly accepted by her aunt's sister "hole" - spoiled only child. Despite this, she does not lose her temper, and her kindness and cordiality breaks the housekeeper who is prejudiced against her, who replaces Dziuni's mother, who left for another city. Dziuni together with Karol tease "Bułeczce", dziuni's disease does not change this state.
