Fridolin Krawutschkes dream job is kindergarten. He eventually begins to work as a teacher-Intern in the Kindergarten of the Cottbuser Verkehrsbetriebe. The children are quickly enthralled by Fridolin. Their parents, however, have serious reservations about the young man in a women's profession. After Fridolin manages with its unconventional kind, to inspire even the mothers, while the fathers remain more than skeptical.
