Fourteen-year-old Sven is a technical genius, to reorganize the old trailer in radio communication center, through which he communicate with his father, sailing on a large boat on the other side of the globe. But one day, the broadcast is interrupted by some sounds, like the Latin mass. In school Sven attends lessons on astronomy. There he teacher explains that astronomers receive radio waves, which can be thousands of years. Sven understands that the Latin mass sounds he heard were transferred from another era. He becomes curious and he connects his radio to the big antennas. When he sat in the trailer with friends, they not only heard the sounds of the mass, but the trailer turned into a time machine and moved them into the middle ages. There they get into trouble with soldiers who seized Petra, while Sven and Bo managed to escape with his time machine. But two of the boys would have to go back...
